Bookings can be made with a 30% (of the total amount almost, or the first night for reservation less of 3 nigths) deposit either by bank transfer or by credit card (visa / mastercard).
After the booking confirmation, you are kindly invited to send an e_mail containing your Mobile Phone Number to reach you in every circumstance and your Arrival Time.
The remainig amount has to be payed cash at the arrival at the B&B.
Cancellation policy:
14 days before arrival without penality. After 21 days before arrival the deposit will be charged.
n.b. If you want twin bed you must specify it before, if it will be possible.
